The staff were on-time, very nice and professional at each position. Dr. Jones was proficient as well as a good listener. She took the time to explain certain tests and the need for them as well as showing and explaining the results of the tests. She was proactive in my care which I appreciated. Dr. Jones was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was very comfortable with Dr. Jones and will continue to see her.

The eye exam was very thorough, and Doctor Jones was extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed during the visit, and the level of care and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for friendly, professional, and quality eye care.

I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A THOROUGH EXAM SUCH AS THE ONE I HAD WITH DR. NGO. SHE WAS WONDERFUL. THE TECHS WORKED IN UNISON AND GOT ME WORKED UP QUICKLY, EXPLAINING EVERY STEP THEY WERE TAKING. WHICH SHOWED CARE AND CONSIDERATION. THE OPTICIANS WERE ARE ALWAYS SO MUCH FUN TO BUY GLASSES FROM. THEY GIVE GREAT RECOMMENDATIONS AND ADVICE. I LOVE THIS OFFICE, THE DOCTORS, AND THE ENTIRE TEAM. THEY ARE WONDERFUL.

They are all so nice. They listened to my concerns explaining everything to me. I will go here for now on in the future. It's my second year here they text a yearly reminder and have everything verified before I get there.
